I believe the question was custom service prompts, not system prompts, is that correct?
If so, the manager's mailbox gives options to override system program as to which Company Greeting and/or Custom Service Menu (or AA or VM) is used for each port 1-2 for each mode (Day, Night, Lunch, Break). Access manager's mailbox 999, then select 6 for other features, then select 5 for Port or Trunk settings. You should be able to walk thru assigning CS menus, company greetings, etc. Remember * moves you back up the menu options... I use this for clients who want a holiday greeting, but have professionally recorded custom menus. We set-up a Company Greeting 2 for holidays... Company Greeting 1 is the normal "Thank you for calling XYZ Company". My customers just record their Holiday "Thank you for calling. We will be closed for the holiday and reopen..." for Company Greeting 2. Then I can remotely change the Company Greeting from 1 to 2 during the holiday. I just have to remember to change them back!
