You know what, it is real simple. Spring for the data card that gives you
internet access to the TVS50 Open the software and connect and do anything
anywhere you wish. It works great and the card gives the customer a great
feature of sending voicemail messages to email. I do not sell one without
the card. Makes my work so much easier.

I believe the question was custom service prompts, not system prompts, is
that correct?

If so, the manager's mailbox gives options to override system program as to
which Company Greeting and/or Custom Service Menu (or AA or VM) is used for
each port 1-2 for each mode (Day, Night, Lunch, Break).

Access manager's mailbox 999, then select 6 for other features, then select
5 for Port or Trunk settings.

You should be able to walk thru assigning CS menus, company greetings, etc.

Remember * moves you back up the menu options...

I use this for clients who want a holiday greeting, but have professionally
recorded custom menus. We set-up a Company Greeting 2 for holidays...
Company Greeting 1 is the normal "Thank you for calling XYZ Company".

My customers just record their Holiday "Thank you for calling. We will be
closed for the holiday and reopen..." for Company Greeting 2. Then I can
remotely change the Company Greeting from 1 to 2 during the holiday.

I just have to remember to change them back!

Thanks,
Marc Halberg

Happy New Year all.....

Brain fart...how do I change custom service prompts remotely, not how do I
record them, how do I switch between them??....

Thanks!

Jim
