I assume you are talking about the software from Russia. I have V 1.24.27
and it works with KX-TD1232-4. and lower.
Here's the modem deal... If the remote card is the slower KX-TD196, I have
only been able to connect with an external Hayes Smartmodem 1200 setting the
baud rate at 1200 in the program.
If you have the higher speed internal card ...KX-TD197, then I use a US
Robotics Sportster 56K modem and set the baud in the program at 9600. It
works fine.
In either case, I have someone on Prem do a manual transfer to extension
299.
Good Luck.

The trickier item is connecting to a TVS 100. I finally solved it using my
US Robotics 56K external from my end and had to install a Zoom External
33.6K modem on site. This works well. Modem has to be turned on on- site
when needed or wired though a STICK switching device.

Has anyone found any other modem that works at the TVS end?

for those of you who have tried this program , I have looked into the help
texts- I am following those instructions, but still---nothing--no
connection. I have tried different baud speeds 1200 4800 9600 etc.
