If the TVS and KXTD are set up right you should be able to have at least two
simultaneous callers into the voicemail system (see Jim Marks' message).

Did you set these up yourself or have someone do the programming for you? If
you can get into the programming you need to see that the ksu has voicemail
integration set up properly for digital integration. Usually jack 15 and 16
will be used for 4 vm ports, or just one jack for two vm ports.

That should automatically put the ports into the same ext group so that
incoming calls will reach all vm ports. If they were programmed manually
(or without digital integration), the system may not be rolling calls to the
next port, or it may only have one analog port where it should have two
digital ports.

good luck

Subject: KX-T: Answering multiple incoming calls

> We have a KX-TD1232 running with a TVS-100. We only have 3 lines hooked
up into it. Recently we've noticed that if two people call in at the same
time the second caller just rings and isn't played the "Welcome" message
until the first caller is answered by someone. Is this normal behavior? I
think it could be, but my boss disagrees. Thanks.
