I've got a problem with my TD308, TVS50, and TD7895 cordless system
phone. I have Caller ID from the telephone company and a caller ID
display box from the company proves that it is working. The system is
setup for auto-attendent via the TVS50. The TD7895 is setup to be a
system phone (EMSS).
I get the outside caller number on the TD7895 *AFTER* I answer the call,
but not during the ringing/alerting. During the ringing, the TD7895
displays "295: V.Mail 1" which is the extension of the TVS50. Naturally,
I'd like to see the outside caller id name/number info during the ringing.
Any recommendations?
