Hi, guys.

Well, I've moved the card to the top position and moved the POTS line to CO
5/6, but no difference. I also tried keeping it in CO 1/2 while having the
card in the top position, but I'm still not seeing anything. I'm getting the
impression that the card is dead, dead, dead. I'm really bummed, as it was
one of the main reasons I bought this sucker.

Wish I knew someone else here in Maryland with a 1232 I could test this card
in. {sigh}

If any of you have more suggestions to try, I'd be grateful to hear them.

Thanks to all of you!

David,

I,ve found that to remove the caller id card it is necessary to remove the
co card from the cabinet. just tack the screws out and this will give you
access to the back of the co card. the tabs of the standoff that hold the
cid card on push through the co card and hold it in by expanding when they
come through. Carefully with needle nose pliers, you can compress the tabs
that have come through and push upward to release the cid card.

With caller id enabled on the line all you shoud need to enable it for the
phone is DIL 1:N ringing programed. Hope this helps.
