Hi there,
I did have the auto attendant working (is this the correct
terminology?) the system that says :
Press 1 for this department, press 2 for this department, press 3 for �.
Etc
But for some reason it isn�t working any more,
Can anyone suggest what I should do, maybe it has been disabled?
Does anyone know where I can find it in the manuals? Is it under system
programming or user programming?
Also can�t seem to find where I can record the standard message i.e.
Press 1 for� Press 2 for�.
Any help or info would be gratefully appreciated.
