Ok it doesn't really sound like you have a disa card or that you need one.

I have a few questions that may lead you in the right direction.

1. does the phone ring now when it used to directly into voicemail(or
auto attendant)?
if so then it is likely that you have it in day mode or night mode when
before it went strait into voice mail. to check you press '#' if it is
in day mode turn it to night mode by pressing: Intercom 781
if it is in night mode turn it to day mode by pressing: Intercom 780

If one of your menu options doesn't work ie it used to ring extension 101
but now doesn't do anything than you need to make sure that those options
in the voice mail have not been changed.

to record your greeting you have to go into mail box 998. and record
either the company greeting under 5,1,1 (assuming that it is company
greeting number 1) and then a custom sevice menu also under 5,4,(what ever
the custom sevice menu is)

sorry to be vague here but it really depends on how it was set up.
Hope this helps.
