Rick,
If you're starting the system from scratch, i.e. there's nothing in memory
ou want to save at all, then you can do a hard reset which will clear the
entire memory and put you to the factory default settings. This might be a
good idea.
If you haven't done it already, it's like this:
open the cabinet, above the reset button is a "clear/normal" switch.
Put that switch in the "clear" postition.
Now press the reset button.
The red LED on the front of the cabinet will start blinking.
WHILE it is blinking slide the switch back to "normal".
The red LED will go out for a moment then come back on.
Now the system is completely clean of whatever programming was in there
before.
