Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend.....
I'm putting together a TD 1232-4 & a TVS 50 for a small car
dealership....would like to have "Dial 1 for sales..etc and have it go to
the 5 sales dept. sets.....no problem using a seperate ring group for them,
and directing the VM to it. The problem is that when you set the individual
stations to FWD BUSY/NA, they no longer ring with the group. Probably no
biggie, but the only way then to internally leave a message in the
extensions box is to dial 165, #6, and the ext #......am I missing
something?......other than a few brain cells??.....(those darn 60's.....)...
