One customer called today saying that callers that have been transferred
into someone's mailbox have been getting dumped to the custom menu while
they were leaving a message.

i.e.  Calls are answered live, (menu picks up after 5 rings), voicemail
transfer is done to send caller into a mailbox, they start recording a
message, suddenly they are hearing the main menu.

Anyone seen that happen before?

Possibility is that callers may not really be getting the main menu, that
may just be what they think it is by the time the story gets to me. Perhaps
the tvs is not hearing them well and thinks they stopped talking and is
giving them options. If this is the case, is there a way to adjust the
sensitivity?
