KX-T: operators

Hello to all !   We have the following situation . . .   KXTD1232 & TVS 100 4 port    all calls hit custom service # 1. If caller hits "O" the call goes to Opr. 1 (101) then opr. 2 (102) (from KXTD operator param.) If 101 busy it goes to 102 OK. If 101 & 102 busy - TVS says "if you would like to hold . . .  No answers do go into 101's mailbox OK. BUT, they added a third operator (103) so now what would be the best way to ring operators and if all busy or no answer go to MBX 101 ???   Partial answer I think is ring group or extension group 191.   Please advise, and thanks in advance,   John M.
