Not sure if I understand correctly, but here are
some thoughts
You can set up 3 operators in the TVS100 I
believe.
This will work when you have one as the primary
operator, then a secondary and then a third and they want to answer in that
order.
Otherwise you have some choices.
If the three are sharing the phone answering job
equally, then it is well suited for using UCD (what version D1232 is it?). That
will ring one at a time but distribute the ringing among the
stations.
A ring group will ring all of them at the same
time, letting whoever wants to grab it do so.
You can use the log in/out button with those
features if they sometimes do not want their phone ringing.
Another option that works well is setting a phantom
ext for the operator with a button on each phone, and set a message waiting
button for that same number mailbox also on each phone. Then any operator can
answer, and any operator can check messages, and they can take other calls
knowing which ones came from the operator. (The mw lamp buttons are only
available in -4 I believe).
