I have a KXTD 1232-3 with a TVS200. I programmed our DSS/BLF (7440) for some buttons
to have voice mail transfer on them. I programmed the DSS unit from Ext. 101 which is
attached to this unit. When I try transferring a call by pressing say button 1 on the
DSS unit (which is Voice Mail box 105 - I think it says VTR 105) I hear dial tone and
the calling party is placed on hold. It is acting more like a flash key. I want to
be able to send callers directly to voice mail without sending the caller to an exten.
that is call forwarded to voice mail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
