D1232 and a TD200
OK, things are getting pretty smooth now. Have quited down the British lady
quite a bit.
The complaining is down. It amazes me how these people all used the prior
system where they could make NO changes without griping but now that they
have their own system, they gripe about everything, even the women's voice
in the music on hold wave file. But nobody seems to want to step forward to
record their own voice or suggest positive changes or even better music for
hold! ahhhh!
Here's the question.
When you call station to station (intercom) which does not involve the AA,
the station just rings and does not go to voice mail. I know it's a PBX
setting but I haven't hit the right one.
I would like to send it to x165 for that extension after about 5-6 rings.
Any help on this one? I appreciate even pointing me in the right direction.
