Hi,
I think that I'm found serious problem with KX-TD1232, because it is
possible to skip all restrictions and dial any number you can imagine.
If somebody want to help to fix this problem, here is procedure how
to override COS restriction:
1. I have TD1232 ( P241H ) and KX-T7433 on my desk
2. Set COS2 (TRL Deny LVL-2 in my case is set to prohibit
International calls - 99*****) to Your Ext.
3. Set some analog CO line in DSHS to ring only at Your Ext.
4. Call that line from other phone (I was called from my GSM).
5. When CO line start to ring, immediately cancel the call from
other phone And pick up Your Ext.
6. You will hear the dial tone.
7. Dial any number without restriction.
I was tested this several times and it works. It is very important
to discover The time difference between canceling the call from other phone
and pick ringing CO line.
Problem is very serious and now I'm forced to use some other
equipment to protect Phone bills.

In order to counter measure this problem, the following programming should
be done.
[ Software modification ]
With Analog CO and T1-LCOT,GCOT, if you program [990] Area 09 Bit 14 "0",
PBX will disconnect CO
line when PBX receives a dial from Telephone
[ Countermeasure ]
1.Programming
(1)System Programming[990]System Additional Information
Area 09 Bit 14 Default 1 (Not disconnect) --> 0 (Disconnect)
Note:
You can select 15sec(default) or 1st digit timer in System Programming
[990].
System Programming [990] Area 10 Bit 13 Default 1(15sec) --> 0
(1st Digit timer[207]).
Also you can set from 5 to 120sec in this programming[207].
