does anyone know how to record the group mailbox greeting on the 100 voice mail. i
have set up a group mailbox no 200 and put a number of phones into it, when calls come
in they are greeted by a custom greeting which tells them to press 1 to leave a
message, this directs them to the group mailbox 200 but the greeting they get there is
"mailbox 200......." i have tried to change the greeting in the nomal way but it just
says this is not possible. my purpose for this group mailbox is that when a message is
left on the mailbox that it lights the MW lamp on all phones. this does work but the
greeting is as above and i cant find how to change it. any help would be great
