For a TD816 and TVS50 system, I am trying to get all my DPT phones on a common mailbox
using a voicemail Extension Group. I was able to make a mailbox and extension group.
The custom service goes to the correct mailbox, but the extensions receive no Message
Waiting Light notification on the MESSAGE button light or stutter tone. I've checked
the notification setting and all seem to be enabled. If I press the DPT message
button, 'Not Valid' is returned.
Advice and solutions are appreciated.
