Greetings.

I have 2 quick questions I hope you all might be able to help me out with.

A. We are in the process of recording some custom menus. Do any of
you know of a way(that won't cost a fortune) to take audio input
from an external source (computer, radio, etc.) from an RCA or mic
jack and use that input for the custom menu rather than recording
   through the phone handset?

B. We are using a Panasonic D1232 (Digital Super Hybrid) PBX with our
TVS200 voice processor (ROM VC11A (1.00)). Is there a way for the
voice processor to put a call back on hold after it has been
answered? For example, say someone calls and the VPS gets it,
plays the custom menu, and the user presses a digit to be put on
hold. That way any employee can then take that call when they are
free. BTW we do not use operators with our VPS.

Thanks in advance.

cheers,
Robby
