What I meant to say was the customer always had their LCS button lit
until they pressed the button and canceled the feature. In the manager
section of the user manual it describes how to erase the lcs password
for that station. The software version is much older than the user guide
because it did not work.. Any body out there know how to reset LCS
passwords for stations. Software rev # P101A60415K . Thanx
