As a rule of thumb, all languages should be there which have significant amount of the help translated. These are above 50%: bg, bn, bo, ca, ca-XV, cs, da, de, dz, el, eo, es, et, eu, fi, fr, gl, hu, it, ja, km, ko, mk, nb, ne, nl, om, pl, pt, pt-BR, ru, sk, sl, sv, tg, tr, vi, zh-CN, zh-TW.
