The localized string for "Open..." such as Chinese (traditional) used more room than expectation, so the localized string is overlapped by the black triangle. I filed a bug some time ago. [1]
But I later use shorter translation (2 full-width characters instead of 4 ones) to bypass the issue. If there are no other translators bothered with this issue, we can close this bug.
