It will go into 4.0.0, I pushed it libreoffice-4-0-0 branch. too. It was fixed in git directly, because everybody had "Insert" button translated multiple times at other places. I pulled translations from Pootle yesterday, so anything happens in Pootle today or later, it will not be in 4.0.0. I'll update Pootle soon, and you'll see 2-3 new strings that are in libreoffice-4-0 but not in libreoffice-4-0-0 branch.
