Hi Mehmet, as others wrote, this is OK. We generally prefer offline
translations but if you are OK with Pootle no problem. Please inform us
(and by "us" I mean the [email protected] public discussion
list) about your progress, so that we know when to import your translations.

Well, if you are translating PO files you can also send them to us
directly, without the extra step of uploading them to Pootle. This is
done by creating an issue in Bugzilla, similar to
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=121195
if you need any assistance, just ask (you can register an account in
Bugzilla).
unfortunately I couldn't find anybody to help me about the 3.4.x
translation. I have written three forums. but no answer.
Where? Anyway, ask here and you will always get an answer.
if anybody opens the pootle service and suggests a word or a sentence, I
will write the url link of pootle service
to the forums. Maybe someone will try.
It is unclear to me what you are suggesting here. Since we have no way
to ensure that contributions are coming from a trusted source (like you)
we tend to avoid to ask people to make anonymous contributions in Pootle
for the time being.
