Good question actually, not a stupid one! You should translate both yellow and blue, which correspond to fuzzy and untranslated respectively.
You get "fuzzy" (yellow) when our automated systems managed to find a similar string/sentence (but they should be reviewed, since the proposed string will be the translation of a similar string, but not necessarily of that exact string); you get "untranslated" (blue) when the string/sentence is totally new.
In both cases, you should translate the string. And, in both cases, you might want to leave the string in a "fuzzy" state to make it easier for someone else to review your translations.
