Well, Rob already answered you in the (unrelated) discussion about Tamil PO files. Anyway: - For a sample page, download (right-click) index.html from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/ooo-site/trunk/content/ta/ - We don't send any fonts together with the page, and we don't know if a special font was used when editing the page (but its content is independent from the font used by the author) - CSS information indeed will always reach a "fallback" sans-serif font before reaching any specific fonts.

Of course, without knowing if the screenshot I posted looks right or wrong, and without any specific details from you on how to fix it, it's hard to try and fix the pages. If you could at least send the relevant CSS and font file (it's important to know its license too) we can have a look. Note: the mailing list will ignore attachment, links to online resources preferred.
