I looked at these pages via Google Translate. They are all
out-of-date and would need much more work, beyond the fonts, to be
very useful.
The pages are in
http://people.apache.org/~pescetti/tamil-test/ta-svn.zip but indeed it
might make sense to start from scratch if they need to be heavily
updated. The source code mentions a font named "TSCu_Paranar" which
might have been the one used when writing the pages.
