I'm having a "not again" moment here >.<

Ok, I grabbed the gd file and installed.

First issue: if I select Custom during install, the language under "Additional Language Packs" is given as "STR_NAME_MODULE_LANGPACK_GD (including on the right in "Feature Description"). This should be "Gaelic (Scotland)" or "Scottish Gaelic".

Once it installed, I hit the language settings to switch to Gaelic. I can select it as the UI language but it is not in the Locale Settings and Default Languages list. Again. I thought we'd addressed this bug in https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=117857 ?

The second one is a serious issue for any locale because it prevents any proofing tool from working properly :(
