Indeed, I confirm they are identical. It's quite strange, since I thought the Extensions site would not allow two extensions with the same ID (I got an error when doing the same for other languages). One of them must go away, and it will definitely be the placeholder I created.
Does anyone know why there are two extensions for Norwegian? Can anyone confirm if they are in fact identical? If so, can the two projects be merged somehow?
If you have, or can find, any contacts from the second extension who are willing to take over the first one (I mean: people who want to maintain the official Norwegian dictionary, the one we ship with the Norwegian version of OpenOffice and that, as you have found out, is identical in the two extensions) we will use the second extension as the official one and delete the first one. All we need is a confirmation that it is still maintained, and possibly kept up-to-date.
