Hi Andrea,

I found the project that created the Norwegian dictionaries that also the
OpenOffice extension uses. The project's home page is http://no.speling.org,
but they use http://alioth.debian.org/frs/?group_id=30577 to publish
releases. They are still active, and had a new release in september 2012.
I joined the project and created an extension with the newest release,
version 2.1. I set 2.1 as the version in the extension as well. I've
uploaded it to http://seljord.ovitas.no/dictionary-no-NO-2.1.oxt. Axel
Bojer, the creator of the previous extension checked the new one, and I
also did some tests with Apache OpenOffice 3.4.1.
I'll ask Axel to give me permission to update the extension page. Once that
is done, I guess you can delete the other page.

Regards,
Ádám
