I'm not sure. You can find the latest localized SDF files at
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/trunk/extras/l10n/source/
but those are updated (except Slovenian, that is updated with your files
directly) through Pootle so you definitely don't want those.
If you mean the file named aoo40new_en-US.sdf, we should wait for
Juergen to answer (please CC Martin, who is not subscribed to l10n).
