Don't know about the string number, but for the rest you can use the
procedure I already wrote here: use grep or OpenGrok.

Note that the kid/localize.sdf file that we use for the search has not
been updated with all the 4.0 strings (Juergen wrote about it too), so
it may be incomplete.
