Actually, it would be best to translate not just the "Help Wanted" note,
but the full website (the 30 most important pages, thus updating the
Russian version of our webiste). Instructions are at
http://openoffice.apache.org/website-native.html
and you should coordinate with Serg (in CC) if you are available to help
and if Serg thinks we are ready for it (maybe some old content must be
preserved).
