1. Set your accepted language string to en-US or install a separate
Firefox or other browser with en-US version.
2. Visit the http://www.openoffice.org address which directs you to the
English / main site correctly without any notice or error.
3. Choose any language but English since we need the onChange action.
4. Now choose English (en) from the language selector.
And you'll get the notice and the 404 redirection.

I'm sorry but I still don't get an error. I'll try it with other brosers tomorrow at work.

At first, java handles correctly en for en-US but handling as a user
input it handles en-US as different version with no valid / living link
to it.
