moment, but I tested twice, I think it is not because of the slow
connection. When I switch back to English (en) with language selector, I
still get the notice bar with the colored stripe, but this time it is
empty, there is no any text in it. But still clickable, so I clicked it
and it correctly delivers me now to the main page.
Ah, stupid thing. The "if()" statement to handle the English language
codes is wrong positioned. I've corrected this now on [1].
