I don't know the procedure for getting the proposal accepted or
rejected. If you can help with the technical side of things to get
things going that would be great.
When/if discussing the idea with the PMC members, please, refer to
"http://www.openoffice.org/lt/participate/contributors"; as one possible
realization of the proposal.

Wow. No. The question, in English, would mean normally that I think overall
it’s a good idea and it’s point was to find out if you and the others
interested in pursuing the idea and doing it needed permissions help, etc.,
that PMC members can provide. My concern is simple. The group has a promising
idea. To ensure it gets project support, it may be needed to bring in the PMC—I
don’t know. Or you may need permissions for website work.
