It has to be fixed in Pootle anyway, so let's stick with this.
Communication has to be - or can be - handled via the @L10n mailing list.
We must give every user the chance to report such a bug in Bugzilla. It
is our turn to communicate that to L10N and find a native speaker to
check/fix the reported error.
We *can* communicate if needed. But often IMHO it's not really
necessary. So, the most important part is: fixing the problem in Pootle.
