fixing this in Pootle is enough IMHO. No need to bother BZ when some

But both can be created easily on demand.

It has to be fixed in Pootle anyway, so let's stick with this.
Communication has to be - or can be - handled via the @L10n mailing list.

We must give every user the chance to report such a bug in Bugzilla. It
is our turn to communicate that to L10N and find a native speaker to
check/fix the reported error.

We *can* communicate if needed. But often IMHO it's not really necessary. So, the most important part is: fixing the problem in Pootle.
