Dear Clytie Siddall
As to me, the Gov knows about our localization
work. But the problem is that they wonder whether the
localization work is official or not, e.g if something
happen with vietnamese localization version, whether
or not OpenOffice.org developer team from Sun
Microsystems could know and do correct the problems or
not. For example, the problem with displaying "ư"
when using TCVN 9712:1993 (known as TCVN3) character
set in OOo.
BTW, here are the copy of the decision signed by vice
Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem both in English and
Vietnamese.
