Eric,

yes, you are right, it is the DHCP server problem. I
got it to work after putting the DHCP server on
another host.

I would like to know though if the plugin can work
with the DHCP server is on the same host. (it is not a
good idea, but for one of my cases, it would be best
if I can have the DHCP server, rp-l2tpd and pppd all
on the same host)
