It does. Copyright was only possible because copying was an expensive operation. The cheaper it became, the harder to enforce it. Now that in many cases the cost is 0, it is completely unenforcable. Now they're coming up with DRM to "fix" that problem. Instead they should think of a better way to make sure the artists are being paid.
