Congradulations on your well deserved award Gabe. I think it is universally felt among the pc gaming community that you and Valve are examples of what pc gaming companies should be about. Valve will always hold fond memories because when the company was first starting you hired a couple of guys from my hometown to work on a secret project which was later revealed to be Half-Life.
