bunny had more luck than I - I never personally got it working on my own
system in 1st person due to compiling and export issues.

He laid out the process pretty well in the previous message.  How I started
was by decompiling a weapon that was close to mine in terms of shape and
size.  I opened it in 3ds Max, replaced their weapon with mine, skinned my
weapon to their bones, and exported.  I could never get it to compile
properly, and bunny said he got it working, but I never saw it in action
(but I would love to).
