Hey guys, I'm keeping this under wraps for the L4D2 community, but the L4D Mapper List has been a great source of help and feedback for Haunted Forest in the past so I'd like to share with you what I'm currently working on. It's a very early stage and it's gonna take a while before I'm ready for a playable version but basically, it's a trek through some snowy mountains. Going from afternoon to dusk to night. Do you think the snowy mountain feeling is present? I know it's kinda hard to judge from just a few screenshots, but I'd just like to hear some opinions. I'm planning to add a 3D skybox too to enhance the mountain-feeling a bit more. And adding ambiant sound is gonna be one hell of a job...
