Hello everyone

I have a narrow vertical area with small platforms that players have to descend with precision jumps. The survivor bots have trouble with it, and will jump down between the platforms. The behavior looks like it could be caused by the reactive path optimizations described here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/AI_Systems_of_L4D#Paths

I've tried any relevant looking attributes, and splitting up areas, but nothing helps. Does anyone know a way to disable the optimizations for specific areas? Any other ideas would be helpful as well.
