El Salvador's president, Francisco Flores, is in Washington, D.C. at this
time, asking for massive financial aid to the Republic of El Salvador. The
people are asking for a "reconstruction plan for the country" which INCLUDES
THE COMMUNITIES, THE MAYORS OF ALL MUNICIPALITIES, AND A FAIR DISTRIBUTION
