Minimum Wage Action Alert
California Needs a Raise!
AB 48 (Lieber) is nearing passage through both the California State
Assembly and Senate, and should land on the Governor´s desk in August.
As we all know, it is nearly impossible for full-time workers in
California to support a family on the current statewide minimum wage of $6.75
per hour, and the gap between our state´s wages and cost of living is growing
rapidly.
California needs a raise NOW!
We´re joining together across the state to push for the passage of
AB 48.
Please join us for a rally and press conference at the Governor´s
office in downtown LA:
