I'm not registered as a Democrat but most on the this list are, and my own realpolitik understands that progressive Dems are critical in maintaining what democracy is left, in defeating the oppressors and in governing what comes afterward. So, I feel very good about asking a trusted Dem friend for these choices. I also know that almost all Greens and P&F folks on this list already know for whom they're voting, but if I felt pal Donna Warren was in trouble, I'd be working the phones. What the hell, let me include a few Dems I've worked and am friends with, and have great trust in. Debra Bowen, Karen Bass, Judy Chu (though I haven't seen her in years,) Gil Cedillo (same caveat) Mark Ridley Thomas, Elena Popp and Warren Furutani (same). Couldn't be without them.
