Wake up Weyerhaeuser! Weyerhaeuser-owned Pardee Homes in Los Angeles is currently building new homes using wood sourced from Indigenous land in Ontario, Canada. In response to destructive logging on their territory, youth of the Grassy Narrows First Nation established a blockade on a logging road in their territory on December 2nd, 2002, and sparked what is now the longest standing and highest profile indigenous logging blockade in Canadian history. Tell Weyerhaeuser and Pardee Homes to stop building American Dream Homes from a Native Nightmare! Join the Rainforest Action Network's campaign for sustainable logging and respect for Indigenous rights. On Friday and Saturday July 21st and 22nd, join RAN at Pardee's housing development in Santa Clarita. Help Wake up Weyerhaeuser and pressure Pardee to stop building new homes in LA from Indigenous wood!
