Friends at LA Alternative Media Network,

With all due respect to the author, the "analysis"
offered below and summarized in the above statement is
almost identical to that of the 911 Commission. Start
with a conclusion, selectively choose which FACTS you
will or will not entertain, and then argue how or why
that conclusion MIGHT be so. Not exactly an approach
that inspires confidence.

Perhaps folks might spend some time reviewing the vast
amount of available information and "discovery"
regarding the collapses at the WTC, the engineering,
the physics, the timelines of events leading up to and
the day of -- factor in the eye-witness and
ear-witness testimonies of those who were actually
there -- look at some of the video evidence -- then
see what you think.

Isn't that what journalists and media are supposed to
do -- even more so the "alertnative media" ???

What actually happened on the September 11, 2001, who
is responsibile, and how it went down, will eventually
become known -- just as did the Gulf of Tonkin, the
USS Liberty, Tuskeegee, Northwoods, and the rest of
the dirty little schemes cooked up by the darker
forces in our government and others. Maybe the
Alternative Media should take the lead in embracing
the inherent dissonance and help make that happen.

After all, what good is a people's movement to the
world, if it's going to live a social-democratic
fantasy in the belly of ROME, just becaue it's too
much trouble to do otherwise -- and hey, what are we
going to do about it anyway ?

If this is the prevailing attitude on the left, we
really are doomed.

In Saddening Solidarity,
Scott Imler
