The voters who are registered as "Declined To State" as their party affiliation were supposed to fill in an additional bubble on their ballot if they were requesting a Democratic ballot. Many voters were not told about this and are in danger of not having their vote counted as a result. if this applies, these 2 people are working on the problem with the LA Registrar, Dean Logan. I have heard that he and the Secretary of State, Debra Bowen, are in the process of counting these ballots to see if they will actually make a difference in the final tallies. If you are voting for a Democrat it may make a difference since that commits the delegates on a percentage basis as opposed to the Republican system of winner take all. Please email them to register your issues and questions. If you have your precinct info and ballot stub number that would help greatly.
